This 4th Thursday evening concert will feature Grammy-nominated jazz saxophonist, composer, arranger, and educator Miles Osland! Director of Jazz Studies at the University of Kentucky, in November 2022 he became the recipient of Down Beat magazine’s Lifetime Achievement Award for Jazz Education. He has performed on concert stages throughout Europe (including the Montreux and North Sea jazz festivals), South America, and Asia. Join the Berea Arts Council for an unforgettable evening of lively, passionate jazz in an intimate listening room environment!

On first Thursdays, join us at the BAC for “Songwriters in the Round,” an intimate evening featuring 80 minutes of live original music performed by 4 local songwriters/songwriting duos spread across two 40-minute sets, with a brief intermission in between sets.
February’s featured performers – Kevin Holm-Hudson, Courtlin Lovell, Brian McKinney, & Huck Song-Smith
Admission is free, and there will be beverages for sale. Donations will be gladly accepted to support our performers as well as the mission of the BAC — sharing art for everyone in our community!
