Join us as song leaders of Women Sing 100, Dr. Kathy Bullock, Becky Graber, Peggo Horstmann Hodes, and Jane Lowey recount the complex, rich, and diverse history of the Women’s Suffrage Movement through powerful songs and compelling stories. This concert not only commemorates the Nineteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which was ratified 100 years ago, but also shows the many challenges women faced along the way and, more importantly, highlights how racism and white supremacy shaped the outcome.
