Back by popular demand! Please join us Tuesday, June 16, at 6 p.m. EST for another edition of our free, virtual cooking class with beloved Berea alumnus and skilled chef, Jerry Houck ’93. Jerry, an experienced chef and restaurateur, is excited to share a bit of his expertise with the Berea community. For this month’s kid-friendly class, Jerry will be leading us in making a homemade pizza. All junior chefs are encouraged to attend! For those who’d like to cook along with Jerry, we’ve included an ingredient list below.

3 cups plain flour (plus a little extra for dusting)
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch salt
Toppings of Your Choice:
Sauce options: tomato sauce or alfredo sauce
Meat options: pepperoni, cooked sausage, chicken
Vegetable options: onions, peppers, spinach
Cheese options: shredded mozzarella, feta, goat
