Summer Solstice Festival Vendor Information

The annual Summer Solstice Festival in Berea, Kentucky, will take place Saturday, June 7th, 2025. We are now accepting vendor applications to join us this summer! Please apply below. If you have any issues, please download the application through the link above and e-mail the completed application to rawsonj1@berea.edu.
By submitting your photos and documents, you authorize Berea College Trace to utilize this information for any marketing or advertising purposes related to the Summer Solstice Festival. Internet and electricity will not be available. If you intend to bring a small generator, please indicate in the comments section below. Please view the files above for requirements for applications and booths. A small booth fee of $75 for 10 ft x 10 ft spaces will be required to cover show expenses incurred by Berea College Trace for operation. Larger booths will have an increased fee of $110, as indicated on our website. This is nonrefundable and will be due by April 30th from accepted artists through an email link to a secure payment portal.
